These foods can help you to protect your heart




1.       Olive oil
Unsaturated fatty acids contained in olive oil is the highest of all oil products, which can effectively reduce the body of "bad" cholesterol, thereby reducing the risk of heart disease. The study found that the Crete living in Greece contain large amounts of cholesterol in the human body, but dew people die of heart disease, that is because they are long-term intake olive oil which is rich in good fat.
2.       Nuts
Walnuts, cashews, almonds and other nuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and units, and polyunsaturated fats. It can also intake of dietary fiber while eating. And like olive oil, nuts also contain a lot of "good" fat.
3.       Berries
Regardless of blueberries, blackberries, or strawberries, they all contain anti-inflammatory ingredients, which can reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer, and favorable cardiovascular health.
