How to improve your sleep quality?

1.       Whole wheat bread
A piece of toast, add some tea and honey, can help the body to release an insulin that can make tryptophan reach the brain and converted to serotonin in it. As if someone whispered “it’s time to sleep”.
2.       Nonfat popcorn
Nonfat popcorn contains carbohydrate, the neurotransmitter that induce sleep, the amino acid in serotonin and tryptophan can get into brain center and give rise to the desire to sleep.
3.       Turkey
Every thanksgiving day, people can sleep well, which are attributed to turkey. Turkey is considered as the best source of tryptophan. When you are in an empty stomach, and there are a lot of carbohydrates rather than protein, the tryptophan will begin to work this time. If you put two piece of turkey slices on your whole wheat bread, you may fall asleep in the kitchen.
