Which food is good for the eyes?



1.       Broccoli
Broccoli can not only improve vision but also can prevent cataracts. Broccoli contains lutein and zeaxanthin, which is a plant nutrient antioxidant in carotenoids genus. This material is very good for the lens, these carotenoids can prevent eye cells from the pressure of free radicals.
2.       Garlic
Garlic is used to improve the vision of excellent food. Garlic is rich in sulfur, which can secure the lens, and to make it more resilient. In addition, sulfur-rich onion is also very good eyesight.
3.       Apricot
Apricot contains vitamin A, which can exempted from the damage caused by free radicals on the eye. Apricot also contains some carotenoids that responsible for improving eyesight.
4.       Soy products
Soy products contain essential fatty acids which is beneficial to the eyes, it is also rich in phytoestrogens, vitamin E and natural anti-inflammatory agent. Soy products are also benefit for health of eyes. Olive oil and cereals and other foods that rich in vitamin E, which are also beneficial for your eyes.
