The actual right ways to eat breakfast



1.       Do not eat bagels and cheese
As breakfast food, bagel is also an unhealthy food. Regular bagels is not terrible, most of them is food that after frying proceeding, but it contains sugar and carbohydrates inside. What’s more, they can lead to insulin quickly rose to the highest, once you combine it with cheese, the saturated fat and calories will be greatly increased in food. The healthiest ways is to select some wheat bagels and cheese which main ingredient is nuts and butter, which can also maintain a full energy for all day.
2.       It’s better to eat some vegetables and fruits
It’s better to eat some vegetables and fruits for breakfast, such as vegetable salad, fruit salad and so on, which is not only to add water-soluble vitamins and fiber, but also because fruits and vegetables contain calcium, potassium, magnesium and other minerals which are alkaline foods, they can neutralize the acid radical that oxidized by meat and eggs in the body, and therefore achieve acid-base balance.
3.       Try to eat less muffins
Muffin contain a large amounts of sugar, which may lead to excessive intake of sugar.
