What should we eat in winter?

1.    Vitamin C
Studies have shown that high intake of vitamin C can significantly reduce the rectal temperature drop caused by the cold weather, and it can also relieve excessive adrenal stress response, enhance the body's tolerance to cold.
2.    Vitamin B
Most B vitamins play an important role in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism, such as vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and niacin are all closely related to energy metabolism. 3.    Iron
