Two kinds of nutrition can prevent Alzheimer's





1.       Supplement folic acid and vitamin B12

Folic acid and vitamin B12 can lower homocysteine content, so supplements of folic acid and vitamin B12 can help to prevent the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease. 2.       Increase lecithin intake
