What food the computer users should always eat?



1.       Food that beneficial for brain
People should chose food that rich in phospholipid to help for the brain function, such as egg yolks, fish, shrimp, walnuts, peanuts and so on.
2.       Vitamin A
Vitamin A has a directly relationship with vision, it’s nutrients that associated with retina. Watching TV closely for a long time will consume large amounts of vitamin A. recommended food: animal liver, carrots, and mango, cod liver oil and so on.
3.       Vitamin B
Vitamin B, in particular the vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 has a relationship which health and protect the cornea optic nerve. Because of the large pressure of work, the vitamin B in the computer users’ diet has inadequate intake, the phenomenon of absence is very common. Recommended food: whole wheat bread, animal liver, yeast, vinegar, beans, milk, lean meat, green leafy vegetables.
4.       Anti-free radical species
Free radicals will damage the retina of the eye. Electromagnetic waves generated by lionizing will produce free radicals in the body, which helps to eliminate free radicals nutrients, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2 and selenium of minerals, which is very important for the protection of eyes and prevention of electromagnetic radiation.
