long as eating fruit every day,
it will be okay to eat less or not eat vegetables. In fact, vegetables are
second essential food for human body, which are rank only second to food, it is
more effective in promoting the body’s absorptions of protein, fat and
carbohydrates these three major nutrients.

Eating meat instead of fish
Although the difference of protein content
and the absorption rate between both them aren’t too much, there is a huge
difference in constituting of fat. Fish fat contains more unsaturated
fatty acids, which are beneficial for children's brain
development and prevention of cardiovascular disease. As for meat, especially beef and mutton, the fatty acids of
which are mainly saturated fatty acids, it’s not conducive for health to intake
excessive.

Drinking
mineral water instead of drinking water
Many
people say that mineral water is rich in minerals,
so they do not drink boiled water any more, and use mineral water to instead of
that. But mineral water may also be contaminated by hazardous substances in
land. Recently, Dutch scientists analyzed the bottled mineral water, and found
that mineral water are more prone to polluted by dangerous micro-organisms and
bacteria. Although these bacteria may not have any significant threats on
person’s body, but for those with weakened immune systems, the bacteria
in bottled mineral water may result in considerable danger.
