Eight fattening and delicious food



1.       Chocolate
Chocolate has always been representative of high-calorie foods, a small piece of 20 grams of chocolate may has 110 kcal heat. Eating chocolate more often can improve mood and protect the heart. But like all high-fat foods, it can easy cause indigestion problems if eating too much chocolate at a time, it can also lead to stomach pain, bloating, diarrhea or constipation.
2.       Freshly squeezed juice
Generally, the heat of fruit juice are twice than that of fruits, that is, 100 grams of watermelon has 40 kilocalories, but when press it into the juice the heat can achieve 80 kcal. Moreover, nutrients contained in the juice are more easily to be absorbed.
3.       Full-fat yogurt
100 grams of milk contains 57 calories, while the same amount of yogurt contains 76 kcal. Of course, this refers to full-fat yogurt. Often drink yogurt can not only gain weight, but also can prevent osteoporosis, lower blood pressure, improve the immune system and prevent gynecological infections.
4.       Cola
370ml can of cola contains 155 kcal calories, if people often drink cola would get fat. But be careful with cola fattening, because cola contains caffeine and a special formula which may easily make people addictive.
