Kiwi
is rich in vitamin C and other

Taiwan Taipei Medical University, a researcher with
22 women and two
men as the object of study found that eating two kiwifruit on hour

significantly improved after four weeks. Eating kiwi fruit can reduce the

kiwi can improve

in kiwi. A number of studies show that too few antioxidants can

more antioxidants. Kiwi has
antioxidant properties of vitamin C and other nutrients which can be effective treatment for
sleep apnea and cardiovascular
disease. In addition, the kiwi is rich
in serotonin which is a neurotransmitter. Studies have shown that low serotonin is closely related with
depression and mood disorders, it will directly affect sleep.
