Do you know the super aid-sleeping effect of kiwi?



    Kiwi is rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants and people called the “super food”. Recently, the US sleep expert Dr. Michael· J · Burrows, the author of the book “sleep doctor's festival sleep plan" latest wrote that kiwi fruit is an aid-sleeping fruit, it can significantly improve sleep quality.
    China Taiwan Taipei Medical University, a researcher with 22 women and two men as the object of study found that eating two kiwifruit on hour before going to bed, the sleep quality and sleep time of participants have been significantly improved after four weeks. Eating kiwi fruit can reduce the desired time of entering sleep for about 35.4%, which means sleep faster.
    Dr. Burrows analysts pointed out that the reason why kiwi can improve sleep are closely related with the various antioxidants and high serotonin in kiwi. A number of studies show that too few antioxidants can lead to poor sleep, and getting enough sleep also helps the body store more antioxidants. Kiwi has antioxidant properties of vitamin C and other nutrients which can be effective treatment for sleep apnea and cardiovascular disease. In addition, the kiwi is rich in serotonin which is a neurotransmitter. Studies have shown that low serotonin is closely related with depression and mood disorders, it will directly affect sleep.
