1. Myth 1: Emphasis on mineral in water one-sided
Mineral water contains some minerals the body needs and loved by everyone. But many people believe that the higher mineral content, the better. In fact that was not the case. Drinking water should contain appropriate, balanced mineral, but the high mineral content can not fully explain the strong vitality of water. Conversely, when the mineral content in water is exceeded, it will threat to our health.
2. Myth 2: The more pure water, the better.
Many people believe that the more pure water, the better. In fact, long-term drinking water also causes the body to malnutrition. A large amount of pure water intake will take away useful trace element in the human body, thereby reducing the body’s immune system and prone to disease.
3. Myth 3: Drink water only to quench their thirst
People tend to ignore water nutrition and health claims while drinking, they drink water only when thirsty.
Clean, safe and healthy water is the cheapest but most effective health products. Water can dilute protein, fat, carbohydrates, minerals, salts and other nutrients in the body, so as to facilitate the body to absorb.
