We should not drink five kinds of water in the morning



1.       Overnight tea
If the tea placed for too long time, the small amounts of amino acids, sugars and other substances in it may transform into the nutrients for bacteria and fungi, in addition to that, tea contains polyphenols, vitamins and other nutritional content, which can produce oxidation reaction due to the long-time placed, leading the antioxidants contained in tea decline, so that Its nutritional and health value may be greatly reduced.
2.       Salty water
Salt water has been something people used the first glass of water early in the morning, mainly because it can relieve constipation. Modern people have already intake too much sodium, if they drink salt water under this condition, it will increase the intake of salt, and people may feel thirstier. People who suffering from high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and renal dysfunction should not drink salt water in the morning.
3.       Juice
Many women prefer drink a glass of fresh squeezed juice early in the morning, this is not feasible. There are some reasons, first, juice tastes sweet, and fasting drinking will impact the appetite and may not have breakfast. Second, human body like warm environment, especially in the morning. If people eat something cold in the morning, it will stimulate the stomach, thus affecting digestion and absorption.
