Five kinds of protein-rich foods
1. Oatmeal
The protein content in oatmeal is near to 3%. It also contain manganese, selenium and other trace elements, which has effect of lipid-lowering.
2. Peas
Peas are rich in dietary fiber, vitamin K, minerals and vitamin C, the content of protein is 5%.
3. Peanut butter
Peanut butter contains resveratrol, which is the same as constituents, and monounsaturated fatty acids, which can prevent cardiovascular disease. It’s content if protein is about 28%.
4. Brown rice
Brown ice will not easy to elevate blood sugar, it contain minerals and fiber, the protein content is 2.5%.
5. Coconut
Coconut is rich in protein and dietary fiber. However, the saturated fat content of coconut meat is also high, so it’s better do not eating too much.
