Eating six kinds of foods can help you to maintain refreshing minds





1.       Spinach
Spinach contains magnesium, which are lack by most women. Magnesium can transform carbohydrates in muscles into usable energy in human body.
2.       Banana
Banana is called “high-energy food”, which contain carbohydrates that is easily absorbed by the human body. They are also rich in potassium. Studies have shown that low content of potassium can cause muscle pain, irregular heartbeat, and slow down response and so on. Eating a few bananas can supplement potassium.
3.       Strawberry
Strawberry is rich in vitamin C, which helps the body absorb iron, and make cells get nourished. So people often eat strawberries can make themselves energetic.
4.       Nonfat yogurt
Many women feel fatigue and sleepy before or after menstruation. One study showed that eating calcium-rich foods such as nonfat yogurt, can significantly improve the situation.
5.       Oatmeal
Oatmeal is rich in fiber, which can release energy slowly. It can make people’s blood sugar maintain a high level, and thus will not feel hungry soon and full of energy.
6.       Tuna
Tuna is rich in protein and tyrosine, which can help to produce neurotransmitter for brain in human body.
