What kinds of food should be contained in an excellent breakfast?




1.       Starchy
Starchy staples refers to carbohydrate-rich foods, such as bread, oats and other grains, or beans which are rich in starch, such as red beans, mung beans, kidney beans, peas and so on. It can also be potato, such as potatoes, yams, taros and so on. Such food have a very important status in the breakfast. Their main ingredient is carbohydrates, which can be converted to glucose in the body. As we all know, glucose is the main energy source for human body. In addition, starchy staples are help for the secretion of digestive juice which can promote digestion and protect the stomach. So it can effectively ensure the efficiency of the morning work once you have breakfast contain above food.
2.       Proteins
The quality and quantity of protein in food, the proportion of various amino acids, are related to the synthesis and tissue update of various proteins in human body. Therefore, it’ll be better to have milk, eggs or beans in the breakfast. They can not only provide adequate protein for the body to make the nutrition of breakfast more comprehensive, but also delayed the rate of gastric emptying and prolonged postprandial satiety thus make breakfast more “anti-hunger”.
3.       Vegetables and fruits
Without fruits or vegetables in a meal, the quantity of dietary fiber is difficult to meet human needs, and nutrients like potassium and magnesium are difficult to achieve balance. But it’s also difficult for modern people to have fruits or vegetables in breakfast. In fact, have some salad or washing them and eating on the road are simple and easy method.
