How to reduce radiation for those people who use computer regular?


Many people know that computer have radiation hazards, but most of them can not work without an computer. Do you have to work with computer over 8 hours every day? If so, try the following several methods to reduce the computer radiation on the body.
1.Instead of the desktop with a laptop
Research shows that desktop chassis radiation is much larger than a laptop. However, it is best not to charge the laptop when the boot, because the main source of radiation is the electricity transformers. So it’s better to use the computer after the laptop is fully charged and unplug the power.
2.Cleaning the computer screen every day
Wiping the computer screen with the special LCD screen cleaning liquid before using the computer every day to remove the dust on the screen. Because small particles attached to those on the screen will increase the amount of radiation.
3.Put a plant on the computer desk
Put a plant on the computer desk, either bamboo or green radish, which not only can absorb radiation, it’s reen leaves also can relieve visual fatigue.
4.Stand up and do some exercise for 10 minutes every 1 hour
Long time sitting in front of the computer and not moving, not only the body's blood circulation and lymph circulation will be affected, it lead to slow down the metabolism, metabolic wastes accumulate in the body, limb edema and eye soreness.
5.Washing face every 3 hours
Because of the small facial pores are easily clogging by the particles which are get together due to static around the computer, so in order to keep breathing, the pores have to becoming bigger and bigger, resulting in facial skin becomes more rough. So washing your face every 3 hours to clean skin, then smear lotion carefully to moisturize the skin.
