Which food can help to improve memory?




1.       Deep-sea fish
Deep-sea fish are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially a fatty acids called docosahexaenoic acid, which is the essential substance for brain, this substance is very helpful for maintain and improve the memory. Of course, improve memory does not mean that it can be effective once you eat deep-sea fish. DHA isn’t contained too much in other freshwater fish and terrestrial organisms, deep-sea fish contain most, such as salmon, tuna, Pacific saury, etc.
2.       Soy products
Soy products rich in quality protein, which is an important nutrients that need to supplement, amino acid composition ratio suitable absorbed by the body, the most important thing is the protein in soy is vegetable protein, which will not bring a burden on the body.
3.       Fruits and vegetables
We should keep intake of enough fruits and vegetables which are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C is helpful to improve the utilization for oxygen of brain, so the brain to keep the excitement and avoid unresponsive and some other phenomenon. While vitamin C can improve human immunity, prevent some diseases; fruits and vegetables rich in dietary fiber, which can improve gastrointestinal function, prevent sudden gastrointestinal diseases
