The relationship you should know between foods and longevity



1.       Oat
Oats is beneficial for the heart, it can lower LDL and bad cholesterol. A bowl of warm oatmeal can make you feel full for hours, eat less snacks, maintain blood sugar stable, and helpful for diabetics.
2.       Almonds
Eating almonds is a good way to protect heart health. Almonds are rich in vitamin E, phytosterols, fiber, and heart-healthy fat content. Almonds can lower LDL cholesterol, and reduce the risk of diabetes.
3.       Olive oil
Olive oil contain a large number of single-unsaturated fatty acids, which can lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. A study of cardiovascular disease from seven countries show that the cholesterol levels of the Greek island of Crete man is relatively higher, but few people die of heart disease, which mainly because their diet contains a lot of heart-healthy fat from olive oil. Experts suggest that extra virgin olive oil which has minimal machining program is the best choice. During cooking, preferably olive oil replace other oils.
